PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.07 dated 07.01.2022 on the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent for investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.07 dated 07.01.2022 on the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent for investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed charge sheet 2/4

has also been laid, which was taken on file in S.C.No.238 of 2023 by the Mahila Court, Thoothukudi.
