This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl OP(MD) No.23721 of 2025 dated 05.01.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
