ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent police harassed the petitioners based on the complaint given by one Sulaika Beevi and one A.Vallalan against the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners were only called for enquiry and there was no harassment made against the petitioners by the respondent police and the petition enquiry is pending. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioners is required, the respondent police would call the petitioners for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.

5. Recording the above submission given by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
