PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 15 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 472 of IPC, in Crime No.15 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner's earlier bail petition was dismissed on 20.02.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3061 of 2020 it is seen that the same ground raised on the last occasion that the petitioner suffered with HIV.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that, there is no change in circumstances in this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
