ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2020 for the offences under Section 147, 148, 149, 302, 120(b) and 109 of I.P.C., in Crime No.147 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been detained as "Goonda" and detained order has been passed. Hence, the criminal original petition stands closed.
