This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in D.V.C. Case No.11 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinaickanoor, Theni District and quash the same as against these petitioners.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioners are in-laws of the respondent. Since the allegations have been made against these petitioners also, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in D.V.C. Case No.11 of 2016 in respect of the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinaickanoor, Theni District as and when required.
