ORDER

This is the third petition has been filed by the petitioner to extent the time for furnishing sureties of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8553 of 2025 by order dated 25.10.2025.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a compromise arose between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Therefore, he seeks for extension of time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, time granted on condition to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousands) to the Tamil Nadu Police Benevolent Savings Account No.10232923204, vide order, dated 25.10.2025, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8553 of 2025, is extended for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this odrer. 2/4
