(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) Detenu is produced before this Court today. She informs of being a Bramachari and a resident of the third respondent Institute from 2013 of visiting the parental home on hearing that her father was not well and that upon finding him well had returned to the third respondent Institute after writing a note. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Detenu presently informs that she is safe in the shelter of the third respondent Institute. Petitioner her brother and her mother are present before this Court.
3.In the circumstance, this Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
