ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (FAC), Madurai, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.909 of 2019 and dispose of the same within the time stipulated by this court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that eventhough the charge sheet has been filed and taken on file in C.C.No.909 of 2019, no progress has been made and so, he seeks a direction. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the case is at the stage of framing the charges.

4.Considering the nature of allegation made against the accused person and considering the fact that the crime is of the year 2016, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (FAC), Madurai, to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. and send a compliance report to the Registry.
