ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.12031 of 2025 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.935 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.12031 of 2025 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.935 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025 is fully relaxed.
