ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 324 and 506 (ii) IPC in Crime No.349 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was standing before the Tea Stall at Angel Nagar, the petitioners and 2 others have attacked the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that no injury was caused to anyone.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that no injury was caused to anyone, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
