ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The prayer in the writ petition is to evict the respondents 4 to 6, the unlawful owners of the land in S.F Nos.239/1-14 205/1-7, 241/3, 273/4-10, 273/1 and New Patta No.528 and cancel the patta issued in the name of Vaithyanatha Ayer and cancel the sale deed dated 27.01.2012 and recover the said land from the respondents 4 to 6 and hand over the same to the agricultural workers of Kundrandaar Kovil at Kulathur Taluk in Pudukkottai district, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2014.

2. We find that the prayer in the writ petition cannot be granted as it is the realm of Revenue authorities concerned to deal with the issue and moreover, we find no reason to entertain this writ petition as a public interest litigation.
