The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondent to prevent the third and fourth respondents from making structural alternation in Shop No.15(prayer amended vide Court order dated 24.05.2018 in W.P.(MD).No.11299 of 2018), Central Bus Stand, Trichy by endangering the entire complex by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2018.

2. Heard Mr.A.Haja Mohideen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.C.Lakshmanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4.

3. Today when the matter was called, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that pursuant to the petitioner's representation, the construction work structure in Shop No.15 of the Central Bus Stand was prevented and that the Shop No.15 was also sealed. In view of the same, the petitioner may not have any grievance.
