ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order made in I.A.No.29 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2016 dated 21.01.2020 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending this civil revision petition, the parties have entered into compromise and a consent decree for divorce was granted by the Family Court, Srivilliputhur.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
