ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 21(d), (e), (f), (h) and Section 51, 53 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act and Sectiosn 9, 21(1), 27(1), 29 of the Indian Wild Life Act, 1972 in W.L.O.R.No.1 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.It is seen from FIR that the petitioner has pouched deer in the reserved forest area and deer meat also recovered from the house of the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.6485 of 2020 4.Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
