ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.18 of 2022 from the first respondent Police to the Second respondent, CBCID Police and direct the second respondent to constitute a Special Investigation Team(SIT) to investigate and file a final report within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.18 of 2022 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in PRC.No.101 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Nagercoil, which was also committed before the learned Additional District Judge, Nagercoil in S.C.No.28 of 2023.

3.In view of the above submission, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.02.2024 NCC :
