RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 3888 of 2022 dated 08/03/2022 by this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SIVABALAN.K., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3888/2022, dated 08.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 am., until further orders.
