The petitioner based on registered sale deed dated 03.05.2023, in his favour has sought for issuance of patta, by making an application on 08.09.2023. The said application is pending without any progress on the file of the third respondent. 2.Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 08.09.2023, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
