This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that on the basis of the complaint received by the respondent, the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondent police.
