ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J) Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to lay a thar road after conducting necessary survey on the 15 feet of the Mariamman Kovil Street, Visuvai South Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District by considering his representation dated 14.02.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/5

3.Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the state of affairs on ground as depicted by the photographs attached to this writ petition, we find that there is a necessity to issue a Mandamus directing the respondents to take steps to immediately repair the road at Mariamman Kovil Street, Visuvai South Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District. Hence, the respondents shall take immediate steps to repair the said road and make it motorable within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
