2.The petitioner had availed loan from the fourth respondent. He had committed default. Now he wants to pay the default amount in installments. Seeking this relief, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.The fourth respondent is not a State instrumentality amenable to writ jurisdiction. Therefore, the petitioner is to seek remedy elsewhere. Filing this writ petition is misconceived.

4.This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
