Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the sixth respondent to sent proposal to the respondents and to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2024 and to pay the salary for the period from 01.12.1997 to 01.06.2003 to the petitioner consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue TPF number as per GO.413 dated 04.11.2010.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the sixth respondent to send a proposal to the respondents, pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2024 and pay the salary for the period from 01.12.1997 to 2/6

01.06.2003 to the petitioner. Consequently, it is requested that the second respondent be directed to issue the TPF number as per G.O.413 dated 04.11.2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the sixth respondent to forward the proposal of the petitioner to the fifth respondent, who shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the sixth respondent to forward the petitioner's proposal to the fifth respondent within two weeks from today and the fifth respondent, who in turn, shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within four weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
