Heard both sides.
2.Patta in respect of the petition mentioned property stands in the name of Jebar Ali. The petitioner's case is that his name was wrongly included and patta should be cancelled.
3.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh appeal petition before the first respondent. The petitioner should submit the petition in the proper format. Jebar Ali and other interested persons should be formally shown as respondents in the appeal. If such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal to be filed by the petitioner within a period of four months thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
