ORDER

Though the prayer in the writ petition is to dispose of the appeal dated 18.11.2014, it is too premature at this point of time. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that already the respondents 3 and 4 filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.20881 of 2014 to consider their representation and that was allowed by an order dated 19.12.2014, wherein it has been clearly stated that after giving notice to all the parties concerned.

2. Now, the petitioners say that they are also aggrieved parties and if there is any order passed without hearing them, they will be the affected parties.

3. In view of the above, the petitioners shall approach the authority concerned and submit their explanation or objection pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
