ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 323 & 506(ii) and Section 4 of TNWH Act in Crime No.94 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner is said to have abused the de facto complainant in filthy language and also threatened with dire consequences.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the co-accused was already granted anticipatory bail as per order dated 09.05.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7764 of 2018 and the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

bail as per order dated 09.05.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7764 of 2018, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni District or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 23/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
