Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.V.VAIRAM SANTHOSH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.R.ANANDHADEVI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3569 of 2021, dated 08.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to furnish sureties, in time. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

CRL MP(MD) No.3197 of 2021 sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
