O R D E R

1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 to 6 to remove the road allegedly laid unlawfully in the petitioner's patta land comprised in Ayan Punja Survey Nos.643/3 and 643/5B (old Survey No.643/5), situated at North Ariyanayagipuram Village Part-I, Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent, on instructions, submitted that the road laid in the petitioner's patta land will be removed.

3. The said submission is placed on record. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to remove the road laid in the petitioner's patta land within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.
