ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in connection with O.S.No.35 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul and also not to harass the petitioner and her tenants based of her representation 14.03.2023. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that with regard to the civil dispute between the parties, O.S.No.110 of 2016 is pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul. Both the parties appeared before the enquiry officer and they were advised to work out their remedy in the pending suit. On that undertaking, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the pending suit.
