Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction the 25 percentage of subsidy from the 2nd respondent to the credit of loan A/c No. 101803209000003 in the 5th respondent bank within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 4 and 5.
2.The petitioner wants NABARD to sanction 25% of subsidy to the petition mentioned loan account. NABARD is not before me. The only direction that I am giving is that NABARD should consider the petitioner's 2/6
request. I have not given any positive direction for sanctioning. I am only leaving it to the discretion to the second respondent to take a call in the matter by applying the relevant norms. Since such a direction cannot prejudice the second respondent, even though the second respondent is not before me, I issue this direction.
3.The second respondent shall dispose of the petitioner's request for sanctioning of 25% of subsidy. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's e-mail communication dated 13.11.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
