This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.364 of 2015 and file the charge-sheet

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.364 of 2015 was completed and a charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul as early as 25.10.2015, but the same has not been taken on file.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with further direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul to pass appropriate orders in the final report that is said to have been filed by the Police in Crime No.364 of 2015, if not already passed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
