ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representations dated 16.09.2016 and 24.09.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent police interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioner and his brothers and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions would submit that the second respondent police will not interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and his brothers. It is further submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and a case has been registered in Crime No.259 of 2016 under Section 3(1) TNPPDL Act read with section 379(NP) and 506(2) of I.P.C., against the accused persons.
