ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / accused nos. 2 and 3 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 417, 463 and 420 of I.P.C. in Crime No.74 of 2017 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The de facto complainant is said to have borrowed a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- through the petitioners to the principal accused Ravikumar.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there was a relationship only between his son John Kennedy and the de facto complainant. The petitioners son died in a Jallikattu last year. Therefore, in order to get back his money, the de facto complainant has been putting pressure on the petitioners. 5.This Court notices that the first petitioner is aged about 70 years and the second petitioner is aged about 65 years. Information Report itself was registered pursuant to the direction issued under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C.

6.The petitioners are granted anticipatory bail subject to the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks daily at 10.00 a.m. and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 7.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
