The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition pursuant to the return made by the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, by referring to the lockdown, for entertaining an application under Section 451 Cr.P.C., on 27.04.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, is now entertaining the applications filed under Section 451 Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the recent developments, this petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to renew his application within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram and on such application, the learned Magistrate shall consider and dispose of the same, within a further period of one week, thereafter.
