Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 365 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel the petitioners abused the defacto complainant, attacked him and threatened him with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that no one was injured in this case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that no one was injured in this case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
