ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) Petitioner is one of the detenue's sons. Detenue has been produced along with an another grandson. Though very aged, the detenue clearly informs that he is residing in the house of one of the sons and is well looked after both by him as also his daughter.

2.In the circumstance, the Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
