ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry alone is pending in CSR No.106 of 2017 dated 05.05.2017.

3.It is seen that earlier this Court referred the matter before mediation, however, the mediation is failed and a report to that effect has also been received.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the respondent Police is directed to register an FIR or close the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and the respondent Police should not harass the petitioners during enquiry and the petitioners shall cooperate with the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
