To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 10.10.2018 made in O.S.1 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court Judge at Sivagangai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the Respondent and of the Petitioner not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.] There is no representation for the petitioner. However, we propose to dispose of this Miscellaneous Petition, since the same is not maintainable for the following reasons:

2.It is seen that the present appeal is filed against the Judgment and decree made in O.S.No.01 of 2018, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, in dismissing the suit filed by the plaintiff to declare the marriage held between the plaintiff and the defendant as null and void. Therefore, the present Miscellaneous Petition, seeking to suspend the Judgment and decree of the trial Court, is not maintainable. 3.Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, as not maintainable.
