O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in connection with Crime No.1138 of 2016 pending on its file, before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. Mr.S.Muthu Krishnan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, DCB is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after registration of the FIR in Crime No.1138 of 2016 on 02.12.2016, the petitioner has not appeared before the Investigating Officer for investigation and has not submitted any document in support of his allegation.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the Investigating Officer for investigation and the Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.1138 of 2016 expeditiously and thereafter, either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be.
