ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120 (b) of IPC., in Crime No.16 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that already anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner by the Sessions Court. Since he did not furnish sureties in time, the same got lapsed.
3. Without disclosing the above said fact, the petitioner has filed this petition. At this juncture,the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the lower Court to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
