The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking disposal of his application for cancellation of patta and to mutate joint patta including the petitioner's name. The petitioner has made an application on 06.06.2024, in this regard. The petitioner has also sent reminder on 19.02.2025. In and by the said Writ Petition, petitioner only seeks disposal of the said application for cancelling pattas in Patta Nos.1378, 1648 and 1292 and to mutate the name of the petitioner as one of the joint pattathars. 2.Considering the scope of the relief sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all persons interested and conclude the proceedings within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
