ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No.Not known of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that the complaint has been registered in Crime No.55 of 2018 under Section 160 Cr.P.C.
3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. As per his submission, the offence is bailable one. But the petitioner has approached this Court instead of filing appropriate application before the Magistrate Court.
