*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, by name, Mariselvam, S/o.Rajendran, aged about 23 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. Today, the second respondent police has produced the detenu before this Court. The detenu informed us that he left the parental home in search of employment and now is willing to go with the petitioner.

3. Recording the said statement of the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
