ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass 1/4

the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the representation dated 09.03.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that 110 Cr.P.C proceedings going to be initiated against the petitioner and summons was also going to be issued against him.

3. In view of the above, there is no question of harassment and hence, after receiving the summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned authority and work out his in proceedings. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
