ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 8 (c) r/w 20(b), (ii) (C) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.682 of 2020, hence he seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition Petition is dismissed.
