This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2015, dated 03.11.2015 on the file of the Respondent police and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation.
