[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 & 3 and Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 2 & 4.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. We direct the Tahsildar, Mudukulathur (third respondent) to consider the representation dated 26.05.2020 said to have been given by the petitioner; inspect the site with the other revenue officials in the presence of the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 and if any encroachment is found therein, the same shall have to be removed forthwith. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
