ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of his wife, namely, S.Jahana Barveen [28/18], D/o.A.Shajahan, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The detenu appeared before us on her own volition. On enquiry, the detenu informs that she is under the care and custody of her father, the third respondent herein and that she does not wish to join her husband, the petitioner herein. She further informs that she is not detained by anybody.

3. The said position has been informed to the petitioner, through his counsel.

4. Leaving it open to the parties to work out their remedies, if any, before the appropriate forum, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
