This matter was referred to mediation and today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen that the parties are settled their issues amicably before the Mediation Centre. Both sides learned Counsel would also agree that the parties have settled their dispute. Therefore, recording the terms as per the Mediated Settlement Agreement dated 20.06.2024, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered by recording that the transfer of H.M.O.P. No.150 of 2023 is unnecessary as the parties are going to file a mutual divorce petition afresh. The concerned Family Court shall take into consideration of the fact that the matter was pending and thereafter settled in the mediation, while considering the question of waiving the cooling period. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 01.07.2024 Index : No Internet : Yes PKN 2/3
