R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J The petitioner seeks production of the person of her daughter Bhavatharani, aged about 22 years.

2. According to the petitioner, her daughter went missing on 08.04.2022 and "Woman Missing" case was also registered in Cr.No.105 of 2022 with the second respondent police. Complaining the inaction on the part of the police, the petitioner has come up with the habeas corpus petition.

H.C.P.(MD) No.554 of 2022 3.Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, would submit that the detenu had married one Venkatachalapathy and she has also filed petition seeking police protection against her father in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6874 of 2022 in this Court.

4. In view of the same, we find that there is no illegal custody and it is a voluntary elopement. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
