ORDER
The present application has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No1, Tirunelveli District, to proceed the case expeditiously in C.C.No.1052 of 2023 and dispose the case in accordance with law. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the accused persons have committed offences under Sections 120(B), 465, 468, 471, and 420 of the IPC, read with Sections 120(B) and 34 of the IPC, in respect of the temple property. He further submitted that the witnesses in this case are senior citizens. Even though the charge sheet was filed in the year 2023, so far the trial has not been commenced. Hence, he seeks speedy disposal of the case.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the case is posted on 27.03.2026 for the examination of L.W.1.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the above-said facts, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No. I, Tirunelveli District, to expedite the disposal of the criminal case in C.C. No. 1052 of 2023 on or before 31.07.2026. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
